I had an excellent experience working with George from Starlink Customs. On the first day he came out, he arrived on time and fully prepared with all the appropriate mounts for a standard install. After discussing my vision, I decided I wanted a special mount to hide the satellite on my roof rather than having it mounted on the side of my townhouse. George was completely flexible, adjusted the plan without hesitation, and helped me choose the best option. He also recommended adding a mesh system to improve WiFi coverage throughout my home, which I purchased right away. George communicated clearly about scheduling the follow-up installation and kept me informed every step of the way. On install day, he showed up ready to work with all the necessary materials. He completed everything exactly the way I asked and even helped me set up my mesh WiFi system. He was professional, personable, and genuinely helpful. George is fantastic, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any Starlink or home network installation!

The technician had a few delays in making an appointment due to his work load and the Christmas holidays, however we were able to work out a date that worked for him. He arrived on time, and communicated with us throughout the installation process. He did excellent work and assured us that if there were any problems, we could call him back.

Searching for a Starlink installer? . . . then look no further! Jorge has been a Starlink installer since the systems became available for home users and therefore, is an experienced specialist. Prior to installation, he performed tests to ensure the system would have clear satellite access. He carefully evaluated the interior home router placement(s) to 1) enhance wireless coverage in each room and 2) make router locations as inconspicuous as possible. Jorge was extremely polite and cleaned up nicely after the installation. I HIGHLY recommend Jorge!
