Finding honest and reliable service providers these days can be tough. After receiving a notice from Tesla recommending that my panels be cleaned—and seeing their high pricing—I started looking for alternatives and came across Chance at Sunton Solutions.

From the start, Chance was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. He explained the entire process clearly and showed up right on time. After thoroughly inspecting my panels, he told me—much to my surprise—that they didn’t actually need cleaning yet. He even took the time to show me what to look for in the future to make that call myself.

In nearly 20 years of homeownership, I’ve never come across a service professional as honest and principled as Chance. He could have easily done the work and charged me for it, but he chose integrity over profit—and didn’t charge me for the visit either.
