My experience with Prometheus Power was excellent from the start. Lukas called and explained the process thoroughly so that I didn't have any surprises since our original installer was no longer in business. Mike did the evaluation and accurately diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part under warranty so that we did not incur that cost. Mike was efficient with the repair. Lukas and his office staff are now working on the technical issues with our app and I feel confident that it will be resolved soon.

We had two problems: A malfunctioning Tesla battery and two solar panels that were working intermittently. I was impressed with the quick response and with the knowledge and understanding Lukas brought to our initial conversation. Mike arrived the next day and got to work. The battery problem quickly went away. The panels problem is still unresolved because our solar panel provider is out of business and obtaining parts is a bit of a mess, so that’s still pending. I’m not worried. I’m excited that We’ve found a solution to our solar maintenance issue. Good, friendly, capable service for many types of around-the-home problems is very hard to find these days. Prometheus is a very welcome exception!

Lukas and his team installed a traditional solar panel system + Franklin WH batteries on my workshop/barn, and also a Franklin battery system for my house with a newly-installed GAF solar roof. Throughout the process, every member of the team was professional and immensely helpful. They answered my questions and never tried to “sell” me on any particular option: they just discussed the pros and cons of each choice and how they would meet my stated needs. Contracting was clear and I never had any “surprise” fees. The installation process was very smooth. Communication during permitting/planning was excellent, and installation was efficient and precisely when scheduled (I was fortunate to not have any weather delays). Mike was the electrician in charge of install and he and his crew were meticulous in the work but also in the aesthetics of my system working with my home. He took the time to walk me through all the components and followed up with me after install to be certain I wasn’t having any issues or questions. Lukas has remained available to me when I’ve had questions since the install as well, and they’ve ensured that any needed software updates occurred in a timely manner. Unlike every other solar/battery company I talked to, I never felt like I was being lied to or “sold” on what was best for the salesperson. I didn’t get a formulaic proposal. Lukas listened to each of my very specific needs and concerns and presented me with ways to achieve this. He brought up matters that I hadn’t considered even though I’d done extensive research ahead of time. I really cannot say enough good things about the entire team and process. I’m a very happy client.
