I'm an independent and dependable housekeeper. I have years of experience, and provide satisfaction, guaranteed. I do weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time, and move-in/out cleaning. I use anti-bacterial materials. If you wish to receive a list of references, please e-mail or text me. I also provide free estimates on-site, and over the phone. Special flat rate price of $49.95 for homes, condos, and apartments (price can increase with additional services requested, and property square footage over 1,200 square feet). Flat rate prices include, but are not limited to dusting in every room, ceiling fans, all furniture, all electronics, picture frames, shelving, mantles, windowsills, lamps and lamp shades, and removing all cobwebs. Bathrooms - cleaning and sanitizing all toilets, tubs, showers, countertops, sinks, and faucets. Cleaning baseboards and cabinets. Emptying all waste baskets. Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all hard floor surfaces, and vacuuming all rugs. Laundry room - cleaning off top of washer and dryer. Cleaning off and dusting baseboards (ceiling fans cost extra), emptying waste baskets, organizing/cleaning shelving, and sweeping and mopping of all hard floor surfaces. Bedrooms - dusting, and making beds (I will change the sheets if clean sheets are left out by the customer). Living room and office areas - dusting, vacuuming, emptying all waste baskets, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of all hard floor surfaces. Dining room - cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Kitchen - cleaning and sanitizing all countertops and stovetops, cleaning outside of all appliances (fridge, oven, and dishwasher), dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of all hard floor surfaces (cleaning inside of fridge, microwave, and oven is extra $10.00).
