Found Rob on this app, not knowing what was going on with my grandmothers pool. Just stopped and never turned back on. We were looking for pool man and well I’m so blessed to have found Rob. I messaged him on here and responded quick! He was ready to come and help. He came over listened to the problem and situation we were having. He did some diagnostic testing here and there and found the problem. Once he told us we thought we had to buy a whole new pump. Before we started stressing he said “hold on let me see if I can phone someone real quick I’m all about saving.” Rob genuinely cares about his clients and genuinely helps them. Come to find out we had a spare pump due to a previous purchase. Rob immediately grabbed the pump and got to installing it. Sooner or later the pool turned on and was working. We’ve had many pool service man in the past and charge a fortune for doing sloppy work and for doing never little as in setting the pool timer or even checking the breaker, but none of them were like Rob. He is professional at his work and explains everything to you, even if you don’t know a single thing about the pool. He values his clients he doesn’t ignore you he talks to you as if you are family or a long lost friend. And he responded fast. My family is so grateful for Rob. If you are seriously thinking about it or having a hard time choosing. Choose Rob. No charge on coming out and looking at the problem just a charge on fixing the problem.

Had a pump that was leaking and could not fix myself. This was on a Sunday and I had workers coming to replaster the pool on Monday. Bob responded within a few minutes and tried talking me through the problem first. Unfortunately I was not able to fix it. Bob then came out early Monday morning to do what I couldn’t so that the refinishing work could proceed. A great big thanks!!!!!

Rob responded to me on a Sunday when I first sought a repair. Via TT, he gave several things to do to try to determine why my 20,000 gallon pool lost >12 inches of water overnight. As I performed each step and texted him the result, he then continued to give further diagnostic tests. Ultimately me to fill the pool and the try the pump on as none of the previous steps identified the problem. As soon as I turned on the pump it was very obvious that my Hayward filter of 21 years in service had a major crack in the lower part that all the water was coming out. Turned off the pump and Rob asked for the size, brand, and size of pump. Within minutes he told me he could fix this with new filter the next afternoon. He gave me a quote and arrival time and I agreed to his terms. Monday he texted me at noon and said he was 30 minutes away. He arrived with small and old friend attitude at 12:30 and in 30 minutes removed old filter, installed new one, charged with D.E. and checked that everything was as intended including pressure in the filter. He had his daughter with him to assist him and she was very pleasant and cooperative. He gave me the bill which i paid by cc and he sent me a receipt. All was cleaned up and after very willing to answer various unrelated issues and giving more free advice loaded his truck and they left by 1:20. This could not have been easier and more cordial than it was. I would give him 10 stars if possible but am stuck with just five. I fully recommend Rob and Momentum pool repair to everyone.
