These guys are the best! My Jandy pool light went out and his team pulled no stops to get the work required to fix the light under Jandy’s warranty. They were able the fix the motherboard at no cost to me under the Jandy warranty. Note they did not do the original install but they were still able to verify the warranty and get coverage. I find this to be a professional way to do business and I really appreciated the work behind the actual work to fix the light and to get the expense paid by Jandy.

I wanted to select more “highlights” for Rob but can only choose 3. I would say he is all the above - value, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism. He is a man of his word! I had the unions to my filter cracked and he thoroughly explained why the backwash valve also needed to be changed. He also re-plumb and replace the backwash valve pipe without additional charge. I will NOT go to another pool equipment expert at this point - Rob is my man!!! He’s got a pretty cool “boss” too :-)
