I reached out to Momentum for a possible leak issue. They connected me to Eric who was very responsive and helpful. Eric was very fair, kind, and understanding. Rather than take my money to run tests I didn’t need, he helped me understand the water level issue I had observed and determined that I don’t need service right now. He could have easily sold me something I didn’t need, but he didn’t. Issues with pools are inevitable so when I need anything in the future, I will be utilizing Eric and momentum pool service.
