- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to include the filter cleanings in the price, it may look more per month than the others. However when they clean the filter and charge more that month, my way works out better for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
taking care of a pool is a team effort. they have run filter as its needed and add water when necessary just as I need to clean out cleaner bag and empty baskets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have a license, just experience of doing all kinds of pools.
