Vincent was great! Responded in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, showed us a lot of things about our pool system and how it operates that we were completely unaware of even though we have had 3 prior pool companies service our home and asked them the same questions! He also was great about letting me know when he would arrive which I appreciated as it was our first meeting and I wanted to be present. In addition, and this is huge, he saved us about $750 in pool repairs! We were extremely happy with every aspect of the service call and in the end hired him for the monthly maintenance as well although we only intended to have someone out once to get our pool back online, cleaned and balanced after the winter season. So, if you want fair, reliable, GREAT pool service the Pool Wrangler is the guy for you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to include the filter cleanings in the price, it may look more per month than the others. However when they clean the filter and charge more that month, my way works out better for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
taking care of a pool is a team effort. they have run filter as its needed and add water when necessary just as I need to clean out cleaner bag and empty baskets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have a license, just experience of doing all kinds of pools.
