- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Aquamaid bills monthly on a weekly basis. We offer to send invoices electronically or by US mail. If you are selling your home and under contract, we can do repairs and wait to get paid at closing. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, checks, cash and PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are the most important from our cheerful office staff to our meet and greets for a new customer. You are not just another pool to us, we will send out a representative before we ever start to explain what to expect and answer any questions that you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently are manufacture warranty stations for Jandy, Hayward, Pentair and Raypak. For commercial pools, we are CPO certified and we currently work with country clubs, apartments and HOA's including porter service. We also are one of the few companies in the metroplex that have certifications from the National Plaster Counsel to start up newly surfaced pools. We are also stain certified by Jacks Magic. We are members of Independent Pool Spa Service Association (IPSSA).
