Introduction: I provide individual counseling for those seeking help with chronic or terminal illnesses, trauma, mood disorders (depression and anxiety), adolescent therapy, and PTSD. I am certified in EMDR, DBT and trauma-focused CBT. Appointment times are Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and two Saturday mornings per month. I am also an in-network provider with all insurances.
