- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company, meaning you will know your projects final pricing before we begin the work. No surprises at the end of the job. We do offer discounts for veterans, active duty, first responders and teachers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed plumbers, having gone through strenuous state testing as well as thousands of hours worked before qualifying for those licenses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with single family residents, both home owners and renters.
