Mother plumbing and Bingham Restoration Review We noticed a leak in our master bathroom but were not sure where it was coming from. In a bit of a panic, I went to the Thumbtack app to find help and chose a plumber with five-star reviews. They responded right away through messaging and sent someone out who removed the toilet and performed a pressure test. It turned out the leak was not coming from the toilet after all. They called in their partner mitigation company, who was very prompt and went to work making sure there was no mold. They found the source of the problem, which was a leaking condensation line from the air conditioning unit running from the attic to the master bedroom. They took pictures and checked for mold. We provided the information and photos, as well as what they discovered the problem was, to the builder and the air conditioning company. The builder and the air conditioning company denied that they were the cause of the problem. The mitigation company set up humidifiers and fans to make sure the floor was dried and they were very professional. We would definitely use them again (although we pray that we don’t have this type of issue ever again).

These guys really knew their stuff, found out it wasn't a pipe repair, after all, it was my hot water heater, which had quit on me, permanently. They arrived, went right to where it was, told me that's what the problem was, turned it & the gas thingy off, to stop the leaks. They also provided another company to check for Mold & Mildew, & that company has a machine running, right now, to help dry out the carpet, as no mold or mildew was found, thankfully :) I'm very satisfied with both companies, how well they did :)

Mother Modern Plumbing did a phenomenal job for my family. We had a pipe bust on the outside wall that flooded three rooms in are home. I made one phone call and Steven was here in less than one hour and had it fixed and repaired. I was so impressed with the response I asked them for another quote to replace the water heaters in my attic and some other things around the house. He provided a quote and I approved Steven knocked out the extra items on the list while he was here.Today (1-31-25) Matthew Hoy came to install the two water heaters and was very courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything. He did an excellent job. The work is professionally installed and looks great! I highly recommend using Mother Modern Plumbing!I can assure you they will be my to go to plumbing company from now on

They are great and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again. They installed a water line for a fridge and a hot & cold water supply line and drain line so I could install a washing machine in a closet.
