The job: Two story house, 36+ windows, cleaning inside and outside, including screens, sills and channels. Communication: Jorge contacted me within minutes. After giving him our address he looked over at our house online (Google earth or similar I assume) and he was able to give us a firm estimate based on the windows he could see, which was lower than the Thumbtack average. (Very smart to use technology available to all of us as an advantage for his business, more time actually working and less time driving around giving estimates) Availability: Since Jorge is his own boss, he manages his schedule and lines up his jobs giving himself enough time between jobs so he doesn’t rush the job to run to the next one. The job request was on a Saturday around noon and next day at 0900 he was ready to work. Jorge schedules his days off depending on work load, so weekends are working days as well. The process: Sunday morning he showed up ready to work and with everything he needed. Walked down all the windows and explained his process. 1.-Remove and clean all screens. 2.- Clean all windows outside. 3.- Clean all windows inside, sills and channels. The experience: Jorge’s commitment with the task at hand shows. After 3~4 hours I checked in with him and the difference between the cleaned windows and the dirty ones was evident, the clean ones looked like they just got new glass, with sparkle and smooth to the touch. The dirty ones felt like emery cloth. I asked Jorge if he was planning to take a break and his reply was: “I don’t stop until the job is done, otherwise I loose momentum… I don’t like to slow down”. He accepted to have a cold soda and that was the only reason he slowed down for a few minutes, after that he went back at it as he said he didn’t stopped until he was done. Jorge is a hard worker and pays attention to details, he didn’t rushed and on the other hand spent time on every single window making sure there was not a single streak or mud left. Jorge was done after 6~7 hours and the results were well worth it. Our windows don’t just look clean… they look like they are brand new !!! Better yet, after a week, we have had 2~3 days of on/off from mild to heavy rain and drizzles and the water just beads off and windows are still clean. Not sure how long they will stay like this, but when it is time to clean them again, we will be calling Jorge at Castle Window Cleaning, nobody else.

I would highly recommend Castle Window Cleaning to anyone! I was blown away by the job this young man did! Our windows needed a lot of work to remove silicone that had been applied when they were installed by careless workers. All of it was carefully scraped and cleaned, now sparkling! We will be calling Castle back!!!

I jave ised this company 2 times. I love the way they pressure wash. I have a very small yard and I worry about it getting on my house, my windows and other structures. But it never does. They’re very neat and clean.

Jorge was wonderful to work with. He agreed to the job the day before and arrived exactly when he said ge would. He worked diligently to clean our paned windows, removing (and cleaning!) the screens and storm windows too. We would use him again and would recommend him highly!
