Hey there new Yogi! I am dedicated and excited to help you begin your yoga journey! I have been teaching yoga for 4 years and am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance. Stacie is a very knowledgeable teacher. She is creative and fun and comes up with outstanding workout sequences that help her clients achieve real results and changes. Of all of the many types of workouts I do (cardio, dance, strength), I credit Stacie's classes for helping me to achieve a stronger and leaner body. I have really progressed physically under her guidance and have seen amazing changes in my physical fitness due to her unique style of class, most especially SOUL YOGA!!! I highly recommend anyone to take her classes!

When I met Stacie a few months ago I was not a fan of yoga. I felt it was too slow paced for me but boy was I wrong! I’ve learned to love yoga through Stacie’s classes. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and appreciate what yoga is and what it does. I’ve taken several different yoga formats with her and I’ve enjoyed every one of them. She is such a nice, joyful person and is such a good teacher that its hard not to keep going to her classes.
