She is excellent, great work quality, very professional, prompt response to any of my questions (even super later at night), I valued her knowledge, decisions and inputs, and she is always on time with everything. My pricing if selling a home is 6% - 3% goes to selling agent 3% goes to buying agent. If your buying a home then you the buyer does not pay the realtor. Only the seller pays a realtor.

I love helping people and I bought a new home . It made me want to become a Realtor so I did! I love it!
