- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a brief phone conversation to determine the clients specific needs and how I can best serve them. From there the process begins depending on whether they are buying or selling. If buying we look into everything they will need to confidently move forward with purchasing a home, to ensure they have a streamlined process from contract to closing! For sellers, we set a consultation appointment at their property together, walk the property together, discuss market conditions, pricing and expectations. I strive to eliminate any pitfalls along the way, long before they become obstacles that could prevent the sale of them home!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry several designations that allow me the knowledge and experience to assist with client needs. MRP/Military Relocation Professional CNE/Certified Negotiation Expert SRES/Senior Real Estate Specialist SRS/Seller Representative Specialist
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was blessed to be a stay at home mother for many years with the knowing that some day my children would grow up and move away for college! Rather than be bored as an empty nester, I saw real estate as a fascinating opportunity with flexibility, a genuine way to get out and help people and a means of helping with college tuition for the kids! I had no idea that I would LOVE it as much as I do! What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into a full time blessing and I haven't looked back!
