Good afternoon, it is incredible how there are people who damage the reputations of companies, Mrs. Chaitanya, as a company we have evidence, conversations, videos and images that do not agree with what you say, the initial problem as we have videos and images the dishwasher did not turn on, the connectors on the control board at the bottom that connect to the main electricity cord were burned and loose, whenever you want we will send you the photos and videos again, and the next day you contacted us that the dishwasher does not cancel the cycles, which is not the company’s responsibility since it is assumed that the dishwasher did not turn on, we responded that we could gladly send the technicians back and pay for a diagnosis to check different electrical parts, do not expect like people that if an appliance has several problems, think that the technician is going to diagnose the entire dishwasher and wait 1-2 hours of diagnosis when the owner of the house does not even know without having told you anything or including it in the description to get a visit, no company works like that, no company will stay hours waiting for an appliance to do all its functions unless required but in this case it would not turn on and because of that problem they contacted us and that was the problem solved, we hope that Thumbtack takes care of this matter and customers like this.
