Introduction
Although not a licensed Architect; I have more than 20 years in the Architectural field. I can produce architectural drawings for interior remodel of commercial buildings for building permit as well as certificate of occupancy permit. For residential, I can produce drawings for new single family home with the aid of autocad or revit architecture (3D).

I would highly recommend using Kendo! He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. My company, Kriss Kross Skatium required some architectural work to be done to renovate our space. Kendo was able to advice us in making the right decision fit for purpose. He is excellent value for money. I will definitely be using him again for any work i need done and would recommend to anyone.
