We were having issues with my coworker's computer not being able to download certain files from the internet and open attachments to emails. Kevin came to our office the same day I contacted him and it took about 3.5 hours for Kevin to fix by returning the computer to factory settings (this after trying all other options). While installing programs on the fixed computer, Kevin also fixed some issues I was having with my laptop only sending partial print jobs to the printer. Kevin did an excellent job fixing our computers and made the most of the time we were paying him for. He also installed TeamViewer on our computers so that in the future he will be able to remotely access our PCs to fix problems. Kevin was very friendly and professional and his services are reasonably priced.

Kevin was very professional, very pleasant to work with and best of all, he repaired all issues with computer for nominal fee! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of computer servicing! He knew exactly what he was doing, kept in contact and was honest.

Repaired MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iPad, and iPhone and then networked them all to help with multi-tasking. Could not have had a better tech than Kevin. He was friendly, personable, and most importantly, knew what needed to be done. He wasted no time in getting to the root of the problem and got everything running right in short order. Cost was much lower than I had anticipated. For any future problems, I will look no further than this group of professionals.

Kevin was able to fix a problem with our 3 year old computer that was judged "unrepairable" by the experts at a electronic big-box store. He met us at our convenience to pick up the laptop, and was finished with the repairs within a couple of weeks. He saved us a ton of money since we didn't have to buy a new computer and software, and he also saved us a ton of stress and heartache, since there are 10 years' worth of kids' pictures and 5 years' worth of homeschooling records and resources saved on it. The communication was good; he responded quickly to phone messages and emails. He is also personable and professional in his contacts. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they had computer problems.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Just make sure s/he is a certified technician with at least an A+ certification for your hardware needs and a Windows Desktop Support certification. There are a lot of young people who think they know a few things about computer and although that may be true there is something to be said for having a CompTIA or Microsoft tell them they are a qualified person.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Well this doesn't pertain solely to our profession but to service providers in general. People are looking for a good service provider, and the truth is, we service providers are also looking for good clients. There are good clients and then there are the others, when clients are good to us we do our best to return the kindness and respect they offer us. There are some people who think if they get loud with us they will get something for nothing or at least some kind of discount, this is simply not the case, in fact it de-motivates someone from wanting to go above and beyond for you.
