HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning
About this pro
I had my dryers vent (two elbows) cleaned previously. The previous company left lint in the exhaust! Aaron(tech) throughly examined the situation. He spent several hours completing the work. The vent is now clean and the dryer works! I recommend this company highly!Jul 13, 2018Verified

Great company, was able to work out a perfect fit for my problemMar 3, 2018Verified
Justin arrived exactly when he said and got right to work. We just purchased a house and I am not sure that the vent had ever been cleaned out. Justin took pictures and showed me the years of lent that had collected. Then, before I knew it he was showing me the clean vents. Very happy with the service.Jun 1, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Dryer vents run so differently from home to home (i.e., length, shape, number of turns/elbows, ease of access...etc.), so we offer a FREE, no-obligation inspection prior to any work being done. During the inspection, the technician will take several "before" photos of the inside of the dryer vent--both from the starting point (inside the laundry room) and the termination point (usually on the roof or the side of the home). After the inspection, the technician will go over the details of what he finds and then you decide what you would like him to do from there. No pressure, no gimmicks--we just want you to know what's going on so you can make an educated decision as to what you want done and then you tell us what you'd like us to do. We're always happy to help, however and whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Schedule a day and time for your FREE, no-obligation inspection. We schedule in two-hour blocks, so the technician will call or text you 20-30 minutes prior to his arrival. Our initial inspection is FREE and will generally take 10-15 minutes to complete. After the inspection, the tech will go over the findings with you (including showing you all the "before" pictures) an estimate of how long the work will take and give you an exact price quote for whatever work is recommended. Then, you tell the technician what you would like done. If you have any work done, we will email your invoice and include all the "before" & "after" pictures (within 1-2 business days).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are North Texas' first "Dryer Vent Specialists". We've been doing nothing but dryer vents since 2009.
