On time, super communicative, and was able to explain every step of the process. I learned a lot and JH went above and beyond and set up 2 dedicated circuits, adding a few outlets and quotes me on some future work. The work was clean, very professional and all around great. I have no need for any electrician besides JH.

I needed an electrical outlet installed asap. Jay responded to my request immediately and was able to come the next day! He called the day before coming out to get a better understanding of the job to ensure he brought all of the proper equipment with him. He was VERY polite, VERY professional, and answered all of my questions without my feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a service call $75 that will be waived when I get hired. Also if they have a more project combine together will be try to discount as we can.
