We are super happy with the deckrepair and reinforcement done by ProHandy. Erik is very honest, transparent and communicative. He got the job done in a timely manner and made the deck much safer. With 20-years of rental property experience, I spotted that his bid was low. The quality is there, and he knows his stuff! I think it's because he's just decent human being. I didn't have the heart to pay him his asking price, so I paid him a tad more. If you encounter this experience with him, please don't take advantage of him and pay the man his worth. Erik is now working on my fence. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer in house financing with any credit score. We offer Military Veteran discount, teacher's discount, Police and Fire fighter's discount of 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will show up on time at the time and day designated. We will listen to the customer's needs. Then walk the yard and fence taking pictures and measuring the linear feet of the fence and gates using a precise measuring wheel. Then verify the information with customer. We will return the job proposal the next day and follow up with the customer about any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself, and my General Managers are professionally trained by our Top Rail Fence franchise home office. Our installation crews have many years of fence installation experience and trained by fence supply wholesalers.
