Seeing the smiles on the customers faces when we complete the job is the very best part of what we do! Also seeing the finished work is a major factor in doing what we do. Hunter is an excellent sales man. We were very excited to get started with our new stone floors and Hunter seemed to be very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail during our initial visit. Hunter raved about the crew that would install the floors but we were told by the crew that we were their first job with Hunter's business. The work was wonderful and the guys are truly artisans when it came to laying our stone. The original quote came under scrutiny as the job progressed. Additional expense was mentioned but not passed on to us as was our expectation. The original contract stated 4-6 days to complete the job but our job was not completed until day 10. We were not told up front about Hunter's time frame on sealing and drying time. With this information, we would have immediately questioned the 4-6 day completion time. We felt mislead regarding this and it did create some problems for us as we were living in the house during the 1100 squarefoot floor replacement. We are very happy with the end result and would possibly consider using Wood Floors of Dallas again with more questions and better understanding of the process.

In this case we brought in a new but qualified craftsman to complete your job since our other crews were busy on other projects. Our commitment to doing things the right way in ensuring the material had enough time to set before we sealed caused a weekend delay but the results were excellent and that is what we aim for. My apologies it was not perfect by I am thankful for your business very much and for the opportunity to grow in my efforts to enhance our customers experience. Our experience was AWESOME from start to finish. My husband and I were having issues figuring out exactly what we wanted, but Hunter was able to recommend a product we fell in love with. Also his crew took very good care of our treasures and left our home clean and tidy. The floors are beautiful and just in time for the holidays!!!!

What I appreciated about working with Hunter was that he took the time to consult and not sell. He hit all time commitments and his team was very thorough yet easy going when I had questions.

Our pricing is straightforward. We price each job individually by the exact square footage and needs of the job. We are precise with our measurements and therefore do not need to go back to the customer after our agreement is signed to ask for more money. Our job is to be the expert and for you to trust that we know what we are doing. We want your experience to be hassle free and for you to have the piece of mind that we honor what we quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the customer about what they need, schedule an in home estimate and provide the customer with various options that best fit their needs. From there we schedule their job and get it done as promised.

Our expertise comes from many years of experience. We are always learning about new products and techniques to keep up with and ahead of the market trends. We are considered experts in our industry and held with high regard by industry professionals and peers.
