- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive rates. For recurring business and 1 yr contracts I offer discounts. **Note: My quotes do not cover the specialties: My quotes do not cover wood floor polishing. The charge for floor polishing is an extra $50. That covers the polish and 3 rooms and a living area labor. Please add $5 per room after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer should know that for security purposes, I have General Liability Insurance. I have the customer fill out a profile sheet. The sheet contains service needs, pet peeves, and focus areas. The profile sheet also ask the customer to list specialty floors, like hardwoods, and whether they will need polishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 11 years. I have cleaned just about every kind of building there is. I have worked with a diverse group of customers.
