She texted she would be late, 20 minutes after her expected arrival. Told her it was ok if she arrived at 10:20 instead of 9am. Just had a business call at 11 and wanted to show her the house before then. She said she would arrive before then no problem. Then she didn't show, won't respond to texts or multiple phone calls. Incredibly unprofessional. I would never hire her again, and I will never use Thumbtack again. If I could rate her less than a one I would.
