FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free estimate and consultation, either in person or via photos. Once we agree on the scope, I explain the steps clearly, prep the area carefully, protect the surroundings, and complete the resurfacing within the agreed timeframe — usually in one day. After the job, I provide care instructions and warranty details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained directly in the field under skilled resurfacing professionals here in Texas, learning techniques for bathtubs, countertops, and sinks. I continue to update my knowledge of new coating technologies and safety standards. I’m fully insured and take every job seriously.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in resurfacing after working in home improvement and painting. I was drawn to this trade because it combines precision, visual transformation, and real cost-saving value for clients. I trained hands-on with experienced professionals and developed a strong eye for detail and surface prep.
