- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined based upon the extent of damage. We use national and regional Xactimate pricing for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our principal goal is to promptly remediate the source of the problem and restore your home or business back to the way it was. We do this by assessing the damage, initiate the remediation and clean up process and we will work with your insurance company if the damage requires filing an insurance claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are fully background-checked and IICRC trained in water remediation, applied structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke remediation, storm damage remediation and personal contents manipulation.
