I decided to train with Tino because I honestly needed help and would feel embarrassed to work out. Tino discussed a nutritional plan with me as well as asked me where I physically wanted and needed to be. He has a variety of routines developed for just you. His workouts are definitely challenging but honestly they are really fun! After our workout sessions I feel much stronger both physically and spiritually! Thank you for being my unofficial therapist! You kept me on my toes when it came to my form. You motivated me to move onto a heavier set of weights ( of course if my form and I was ready for it). I love the improvement in my body but I also feel much more confident about myself. A lot of times with whatever path we are stepping on, we feel like we are just staring at the impossible. Tino saw and delivered the POSSIBLE and endless POSSIBILITIES. And I will truly FOREVER be thankful for you and your talent!
