Our services provide the comfort and security you need when opening up your home and pets to new people. We are an insured and professional husband-and-wife team that loves spending our days "working" with pets! Although we've cared for animals for years, we are a new company, so we know we have to stand out from the competition. We go the extra mile to earn your business and will work twice as hard as the veteran companies. All pet care providers will tell you they're passionate about animals. Of course we are too, but we are also passionate about meeting new people. We love when customers tell us we are like family to them and they love having us care for their pets! Pet care is about pets, but it's also a "people" business. We are pets AND people people!

Mindee at Pups and Pavement was extremely friendly and welcoming. She walks our dogs everyday while we're at work and they love her. Mindee does an excellent job with our home as well. She treats it like her own and is very respectful. She always leaves us updates about our labs and lets us know how the day went. Her business is brand new but she has had many years with pet care, and it shows! She loves her job and our dogs love her!

Pups & Pavement is the only pet care provider for me. Hunter and Bailey look forward to their daily walks with Mindee. Her patience with Hunter, he has medical issues, and handling of Bailey, she's not the friendliest, makes it feel like I'm not using a service at all. She treats my babies like they're her own. As a busy nurse, Mindee and Pups & Pavement, give me the peace of mind I need that my dogs are in great hands.

Mindee and Davy are excellent care givers to my dogs! I have a full bred weenie dog puppy, and a weenie dog mix. Dobby and Mylo are thick as thieves. Pups and Pavement took care of my sweet angles as their own. I couldn't of asked for better service. Great prices too! We went out of town for a few days and I loved not having to board my babies. To this day I have never had to! Mindee and Davy are awesome. PUT YOUR PUPS IN THEIR CARE!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All visits start at $20. This includes dog walking, check in visits, vacation visits, etc. We also provide additional services, such as poop scooping that vary in price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free in-home consult where we visit your home to introduce ourselves go over your pet(s) routines. We make sure we "meet" your pets and let them sniff us for a bit! We then collect 2 house keys to keep on file. Once we begin our services, we will leave a daily log for you so you know how each visit went. We also use a GPS app for daily dog walks so you know your pups whereabouts!
