- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential cleaning for up to two trash or recycling carts is $29.99 every 4 weeks, $39.99 every 8 weeks, $49.99 every 12 weeks, or $69.00 for a one-time visit. Each price covers one service visit for up to two carts at the listed frequency, and residential routes are subject to address availability. Commercial service is quoted after a site assessment, based on your container quantity and sizes and any pad or enclosure cleaning in the approved scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For residential service, create a MyRoutePro account on our Residential page to get started — routes are grouped by neighborhood and availability depends on your address. For commercial service, contact us by ******** or email with your business name, address, container quantity and sizes, and any pad or enclosure cleaning needs. Commercial work begins with site qualification: container compatibility, access, and surrounding-area work are confirmed and the scope is approved before booking. On service day, our specialized truck lifts your compatible cart or container and cleans it with high-pressure hot water, and the wastewater is recovered onboard for controlled handling.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We serve residential households and commercial customers in these industries: restaurants and food service, multifamily properties, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels and hospitality, and schools and institutions. Residential service covers household trash and recycling carts; commercial service covers compatible 2-8 yard front-load containers, as well as concrete pad and waste enclosure cleaning when included in the approved scope.
