- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on several variables i.e. material choice, total size of roof, choice of new roofing system. We determine price prior to work being started and we do not ask for money until the project is complete and customer is satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer and discuss needs. Make appointment and go on site to assess what options there are available to you. If project will be covered by insurance, we walk you through the entire process so you are not overwhelmed. We meet the adjuster to ensure they pay for all items. Then we schedule the work to be done. After work is complete we walk with the customer to ensure satisfaction. If work is not covered by insurance the process is basically the same minus the adjuster and insurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career as a property insurance adjuster but 4 years later I had the opportunity to go into the roofing business with a friend. We worked together for two years and then I went out on my own and started my own business, ICON Roofing & Construction, LLC. We are experts in dealing with insurance claims and have a licensed insurance adjuster on staff! We hope that you will contact us and experience our commitment to excellence first hand.
