FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for inspections and inspection reports (with photos) is completely free! Competitive cash bids available for retail roof repairs and roof replacements. If insurance is paying for the roof, based on Texas law (specifically H.B. 2102), a copy of the insurance adjuster's report will need to be provided and the customer will be responsible for paying their deductible on top of insurance proceeds. We will typically upgrade something free of charge on insurance jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to start with a free inspection, provide evidence of damage (or none) and then talk about an estimate or filing a claim. Once that happens, we have documentation to describe how the process works from there and will be available for any and all questions down the road!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the hired contractor: 1) Has insurance 2) Has good online reviews 3) Is local 4) Knows the legal implications of the H.B. 2102 "Deductible Law." 5) Has photos/addresses of previous work in the area 6) Is BBB Accredited
