We were looking to do some senior pictures fairly quickly and one of my friends recommended Kristen with DFW Sports Shots. A few of our friends actually had Kristen do their senior pictures, along with several hockey events, so she came highly recommended! I reached out to Kristen and we were able to schedule my son's photo shoot within two weeks. Kristen had us review poses and help prepare us for the day of the shoot. The photo shoot went great! Kristen took way more photos than expected and spent over the time which was allotted. She was very organized in knowing the layout of the shoot location, so it ran very smoothly. Kristen sent us the unedited photos much sooner than expected and we were very impressed with her work. We then chose which photos we wanted edited and Kristen got those to us very quickly once again. We were very satisfied with Kristen and would use her again in the future. I highly recommend Kristen with DFW Sports Shots!!!!!

Kristen is an excellent photographer! She's done my family pictures and she's photographed my daughters playing volleyball. For each session she was able to capture some candid moments that have turned out to be my most favorite pictures of my family and children. I highly recommend Kristen for any occasion! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through a simple contract that explains what the client can expect. I also discuss ideas for poses if needed. I make sure the client is comfortable with the process and answer any questions they may have. I will confirm appointment times and after the photography event, i will go over the next steops about when the client can expect to see the photos.
