A few years ago, he accidentally showed up at the wrong house — mine. I noticed him on my cameras and started watching. He was doing things my previous pool guy never did, and I ended up watching him for about 30 minutes. The work looked really good. When he finished, I went outside to ask his name and who sent him. That’s when he realized he had the wrong address.

After a problem I had during the winter, a coworker recommended Jean to check my pool system. He came with his brother and did an excellent job fixing some pipes that broke due to the cold winter temperatures.
