We charge a flat monthly rate of $179 for 4 professional cleanings per month. There are no hidden fees. New customers receive a $100 account credit when they join. Filter cleans and repairs are quoted separately — always with approval before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic pool info through our website or a short call. Then we schedule your first visit to assess the condition and get your pool stabilized. You’ll receive ongoing weekly service and automatic billing, and we stay in touch through text or email. Fast, smooth, no stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field technicians are trained in water chemistry, filter system maintenance, and pool safety protocols. We’ve completed courses in pool hydraulics and automation, and we stay updated with the latest pool care techniques and equipment.
