- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the size of the pool, its condition, and the level of service needed. I always aim to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. New customers may receive special introductory pricing, and I also offer affordable weekly maintenance plans to keep pools clean year-round.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer, I first inspect the pool and equipment to understand its current condition. I check the water chemistry, filtration system, and overall cleanliness. After that, I explain what the pool needs and provide clear recommendations. Once the service begins, I perform regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks to keep the pool in perfect condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on field experience, working with different types of pools, filtration systems, and water chemistry. I continuously study pool maintenance techniques, chemical balancing, and equipment care to ensure I provide the best service possible. My focus is always on safe water chemistry, proper filtration, and long-term pool health.
