Our pricing depends on the garment, alteration type, and turnaround time. We provide upfront estimates before starting, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation and fitting to understand your needs. Measurements are taken, pricing and turnaround time are discussed upfront, and work begins after approval. We complete the alterations and schedule pickup or a final fitting if needed. Customers bring in their garment for a fitting, we review the requested alterations, provide pricing and timing, and begin work after approval. A final fitting or pickup is scheduled once the work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training in garment construction, fitting, and alteration techniques, with 30+ years of practical experience working on a wide range of clothing types including Wedding Gowns , Prom Dresses, Suits and Bridal Wear etc. We continue to refine our skills through ongoing practice and industry knowledge.
