Refresh Floor Care did an excellent job cleaning the grout in my ceramic tile. We just purchased our home, and the grout was stained. I was so thankful to them for getting it white again.

Very quick to respond and easy to work with. Overall good job with a few small grout areas left stained yet much better than before.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for tile and grout cleaning starts at 0.65 per sqft for our deep cleaning, and $1.25 for wax removal or post construction cleanup.
Our wood floor cleaning price starts at $0.65 per sqft as well for cleaning and is $2 per sqft for wax removal.
We also offer tile and grout repair as well a shower restoration but these services must be quoted on-site or thru pictures
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin every conversation with our customers with a consultation to find out what you are looking for. We want to know what is bothering you about your surfaces and what your desired results would be.
Then we can do a walk thru or take a look at pictures to put together a game plan that matches your budget as well as gets you the desired outcome!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At refresh we are constantly learning. We take industry certification classes annually as well as other classes and seminars to stay on top of the new types of flooring that are constantly evolving!
