- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair in pricing and if you have more than one tree it’s cheaper to have them trimmed at one time for better discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with customers, listening to learn their needs and after discovering what there needs are I advise them on what the next steps should be, offering them my services for a specific price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned proper cutting techniques to trim trees correctly and safely.
