- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on job size, scope of work and materials involved. It is our priority to give the fairest prices based on the situation at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we must identify the source of the water loss, if the leak is ongoing, it must be stopped to prevent further damage before assessing. We will then assess the water damage using a high-tier moisture meter to create a map of affected material. From there, we will sit down with the homeowner to discuss options to move forward and answer any questions about cost, timeframe, and insurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certifications for both Water Restoration Technician(WRT), and Applied Structural Drying(ASD).
