The team at Wallaby Windows was very helpful in explaining all of my different options when it came to replacing my old windows. The salesman was on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me an on-the-spot quote at a great price without making me feel pressured to make a rushed decision. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Wallaby Windows of North TX. From the initial consultation to the installation, they made the whole process go smoothly and with little disruption to our home and daily activities. We didnt get that icky pushy sales vibe, but felt they genuinely wanted to make sure the product and warranty was explained well and all of our questions were answered. They get bonus points for the windows being made in the USA and wearing shoe covers in my home!

This Company came out to provide us a quote to replace a door and multiple windows. The team was punctual, well organized and were very knowledgeable about their products and what the best solution would be for our needs. The sales consultant did not pressure us in any way, instead he educated us and provided multiple choices to consider and select from. We chose to delay having the installation done at this time but will utilize them when ready and would recommend them if you are considering replacing any new windows or exterior doors.

We looked for windows last year, and after having a couple bad experiences, we decided to wait. The prices were laughably high, and the sales people were overwhelming to say the least. One stayed in our house for over 3 hours! We were referred to Wallaby by our insulation installer, and they were great! The window rep was also a Navy vet (I understand they are Veteran owned). We didn't have to ask for a vet discount, and they were in and out within 45 minutes. They gave us an on-the-spot quote ($20K less than the hard sale company). The owner even followed up with us to make sure we were happy. If the install is half as good as the service so far, we'll be happy campers.

We offer a 5% active military and veterans discount and a 3% cash discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a white glove experience that begins with scheduling an appointment for our window consultant to meet with the homeowners, measure the windows/doors, discuss replacement options and provide a same day quote in most instances. Once homeowners decide to move forward, we schedule a time to come back out for a final measure before ordering the custom windows.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our operations manager and install team all have decades of experience in the window and door industry.
