The majority of my work is for the home buyer, it is sometimes a balancing act to fit their schedule to mine at times requiring me to return to the home to visit with then about the home. This is very important for their decision making process

A home inspection is verry important and you should be comfortable with who you hire. Don't shop for the lowest price find a persn who will work with you and for you. You will remember the quality long after you forget the price.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A home inspection is one of the most important parts of the home purchase and the customer should realise this. Inspectors are professionals with years of training in waht they do and how to share their findings with the client. Don't be rushed into buying something you won't be happy with.
