Matthew was easy to work with and was an excellent chef. He came up with the menu based on my feedback and then prepared multiple meals per day for three days. I had one vegan guest and he worked hard to satisfy her restrictions. He was fully prepared and brought some of his own utensils to make sure he had what he needed. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him.

Matt was so professional! He took care of everything and even wouldn't let us help carry the groceries inside. The meal was outstanding and the portions were too much for one to eat. We will definitely use Chef Matt again next year!
