Introduction: I have over four years of training experience with school faculty, students, and a wide range of goals. I worked at Golds gym, campus recreation centers and studios. I became a certified personal trainer four years ago to help people achieve their fitness goals. Since then, I got a degree in kinesiology to further expand my knowledge in the training field. I've had a great multitude of clients with various goals at several different gyms and personal settings. I'm here to help you push through to achieve your goals.
