I noticed my Samsung refrigerator wasn’t holding a cold temperature. I reached out to Quality Appliance, in the middle of a flight, on a Friday. They came the next day, (Saturday), assessed and diagnosed the issued. The Tech was extremely communicative, transparent and patient. I will use them for all my appliance needs. Thank you!!!

I needed my GE fridge to be checked out and David responded to my needs immediately. We agreed on a set time on same day. He notified me of ETA and arrived on time. Within minutes he found out what was wrong with it. Unfortunately, part was not readily available and needed to be ordered. Order was placed and part replaced on Monday within minutes. Now my fridge is working perfectly again. Thank you David.
