We contacted the two highest rated appliance repair companies and Nicholas was the first to respond on a Friday evening I called the first one on the list (highest rated) but he immediately said his freon person was out for an month (although our problem was not Freon, he didn’t ask and seemed busy) Nicholas determined what the cause of the problem was within 10-15 mins and had it resolved in a about an hour. He was extremely professional, clean, and wore a mask the whole time. His charge was reasonable and we would definitely use him again.

The tech came on time and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. No more water leaks so far. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I will wait for a week to see if the problem does not reoccur and will upgrade the stars to 5.
