Hai is absolutely fantastic. He responded immediately to my inquiry and we scheduled a visit for him to diagnose the cooling issues with my refrigerator. Hai promised a one-hour window and he called to advise when he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a thorough explanation of the problem and contacted the manufacturer for repair authorization to cover the cost of parts.
