- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
we offer dry cleaning but I wouldn't recomend it, and I wouldn't use in in my own house. It sounds good and the carpet is almost dry when we leave, however it does not kill germs and dust mites, it takes steam to do that, also with a good truck mount it will remove the dirt from your carpet not rub it in. Also make sure it is a good truck mounted unit, not a portable unit that they bring into your house. Also ask if they would rinse all the chemicals out with just hot water. On water extraction, make sure you use dehumidifiers and air movers for better and faster drying, also make sure they measure your walls for moisture content.
