Juan was very nice to begin with. He quoted a reasonable price and I hired him and he began the work. I added a little more area for the concrete slab and he added a lot more to the price, to which I reluctantly agreed. Having nearly completed the project, there are some changes/corrections that need to be made; some grinding of an edge to be done, some stone to be re-laid to correct the drainage and part of a path to be finished. He promised to return the following day and like an idiot I trusted him and paid him in full. NOW I CANNOT GET HIM TO ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXTS. IF you hire Juan do not pay him in full until you are 100% satisfied with the work.

We wanted to expand our existing patio and T&M was the first company to send us a bid, and that was within minutes of posting the ad on thumbtack. Juan gave me a very fair bid and answered all of my questions. When we decided to deviate quite a bit from our original plans he was more than willing to drive over an hour to come and give me a free quote and go over some ideas we had. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us in the direction we wanted. Once we received the new quote and agreed on everything we were able to get started when we wanted. The rain slowed things down some but that can't be helped. Juan even stayed late to finish the project on a Friday since we had been planning on having a party the next day. During the process I asked a million questions and always received a response within minutes. When the paint wasn't exactly what my wife and I expected he listened to what we had to say and instructed the painter to do what my wife was requesting. The finished project is exactly what we envisioned and we are very happy. Juan explained every step, listened to requests, used his experience to guide us since we didn't really know what we wanted, and ensured we were very satisfied with the final product before he left. We will be using T&M again for a driveway extension (and possibly a slab to put a shed on).

Our typical process would be going over the project To let them know the simple steps we go thru and what we offer for a more solid long lasting slab or when it comes to decorative work what we can do to save a costumer money!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When my business started we enrolled in some classes at Decorative concrete Dallas . Also before decorative work we did a lot of projects for HR Horton ,Megatel homes,luxury homes, gehan homes ,David weekly
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 13 years old i would go work with my uncles during summer ,spring brake or any break I would get from school, I started off doing a lot of shovel work then as years past I started taking on the trade and made me who I am now !!
