We had a great experience with Always Faithful DogTraining. Monty just completed their beginner obedience program and the results were immediate. The training was structured, practical, and easy to reinforce at home. What stood out most was how well they explained not just what to do, but why it works, which made a big difference in consistency.
Monty is more responsive, better behaved, and clearly more confident. The trainers were professional, patient, and genuinely cared about his progress. Communication was clear throughout, and they set realistic expectations.
If you’re looking for effective, no nonsense obedience training that actually translates into real life results, I highly recommend them.

Darrin was awesome! I called him for training for my senior dog and he affirmed that what I was currently doing was actually on the right track. He could’ve easily charged me for a session but he didn’t. Thank you for the honesty. If I have any additional hiccups with my dogtraining I’ll definitely be back to book with Darrin.

He went the extra mile to research how to deal with a couple of issues not included in my training package. Andmy dog loved him. got excited when he came to the door.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the Instinctive Dog Trainers Association.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with young couples and families who got their first dog, all the way to retirees who rescued a dog. Watching the happiness my clients have during and after training, and the change in their lives with their dogs for the better, warms my heart.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although I am fond of all my clients, I do enjoy working with retirees and families with young kids.
The reason for retirees is because they want a companion that is well behaved especially when they have their children or grandchildren around.
For the young families, if the parents are able to get their kids involved while I'm there, it is fun watching the kids learn the training along with their parents. The kids are eager to learn the techniques of the training and it makes it fun.
