I had a fear that I might have a broken laundry drain line and I wanted a camera inspection of the line. Tim explained that his equipment was too large to make it past the trap in the line, but he could do an inspection into the mating line and report those findings. What he found, and showed to me, was that the line from the kitchen to the main sewer line was so filled with sludge that the high-volume flow from the washer was being backed-up. The next day, per our agreement, Tim returned and cleared the problem. I complement Tim's ability to diagnose the problem, to understand the limitations and strengths of his equipment and, best of all, be able to communicate exceptionally well to his customers. I believe that Tim should be praised for his knowledge, his communication skills, and his ability to work independently to complete the necessary work to the customer's satisfaction.
